This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cannon Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1992. Ingredients:
2 hard boiled eggs grated |
1 teaspoon grated red onion |
1 small green pepper chopped |
1/2 cup chopped stuffed olives |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
3 ounces cream cheese softened |
crackers |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except crackers then chill for several hours. Serve on crackers. |
