My friends mother gave me this recipe in 1988. I used to make it all the time. Ingredients:
3 to 5 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces |
1 bottle kraft russian dressing |
1 small jar apricot jam |
1 pkg. onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Mix above together and dip chicken with this and coat well. 2. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done at 350 degree oven, bating occasionally. 3. serve with noodles or rice. |
