Easy, cold side dish compliments any meal! Beets can also be substituted for carrots. Ingredients:
6 large carrots, shredded |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts |
1/4 cup light mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Stir together the carrots, garlic, walnuts, and mayonnaise until evenly blended. Serve. |
