Running Recovery Strawberry Smoothie

I went running for a bit too long this morning, and needed a quick pick-me-up before getting ready for work, and this is what I came up with. It was pretty good. You can skip the oatmeal if you don't like the flavor, I just needed an extra stomach-filler.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container dannon lite 'n fit strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
4 ice cubes
4 fresh strawberries
3 tablespoons quick oats
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
3. Drink.
