Chicken cooked in a wonderful sauce. One of my favorites, and oh so easy. I usually serve it with rice. Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken, cut up |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/2 cup honey |
1 tablespoon ground ginger |
1 egg yolk, beaten |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/2 cup chicken bouillon |
1/2 cup rum |
Directions:
1. Arrange chicken in a baking pan. 2. Combine all other ingredients. 3. Pour sauce over chicken. 4. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees in a preheated oven, basting several times. |
