RumChata Pumpkin Pie

This comes from . I haven't made it yet but I plan to. You can't go wrong with something made out of RumChata.
Ingredients:
6 ounces rum cream liqueur, such as rumchata
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, RumChata, spices and salt in a medium bowl until smooth.
3. Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife, inserted 1 inch from crust, comes out clean.
5. Let cool and garnish as desired. Enjoy!
