Rum Runner with Pinot Grigio Splash (Robert Irvine) |

Ingredients:
6 ounces light rum |
4 ounces banana puree |
3 ounces blackberry brandy |
3 ounces grenadine |
15 ounces lemon lime power drink |
4 ounces pinot grigio |
1 banana, peeled, quartered and cut with a slit, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Add the light rum, banana puree, blackberry brandy, grenadine, and lemon lime power drink to a blender and blend on low for 30 seconds. Fill each of 4 glasses with ice. Pour the blender contents over the ice, top each glass with 1-ounce of Pinot Grigio and garnish with a banana segment on the rim. 2. Sweet and sour mix can be substituted for the power drink 3. 4 tall zombie or daiquiri glasses |
