1/3 cup evaporated fat-free milk |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup dark rum |
2 tablespoons light butter |
1/4 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Combine milk and cornstarch in a 2- quart saucepan, stirring well with a whisk until cornstarch dissolves. Add sugar and rum; stir well. Place pan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add butter and raisins; stir well. |
