for Chocolate Chip Rum Bundt Cake Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, unsalted |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup rum |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the butter, sugar and rum 2. Place pan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until butter is mleted and sugar is dissolved 3. Poke holes in warm cake with toothpick 4. Pour glaze over the cake while still in the bundt pan 5. Allow to cool 5 minutes more 6. Turn the cake out of the pan onto a plate 7. Once the cake is cooled, you may dust with powdered sugar |
