A twist Custard Pudding. Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
5 eggs, beaten |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1/4 cup dark rum |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. 1. Bring the milk to a boil,stirring constantly. 2. 2 .Combine the eggs, sugar,and cornstarch. add to the hot milk and cook, without boiling, until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly. 3. 3 .Remove from the heatand stir in rum. Pour into sherbet glasses and chill until set. Serve garnished with whipped cream. |
