Good for a holiday treat or anytime you need just a something a little special. Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk |
1/4 cup dry milk |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon rum extract |
1 egg |
1 1/2 teaspoons honey |
1 dash cinnamon |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Combines milk, salt vanilla and rum extract in bowl and set aside. 2. Combine egg and honey in separate bowl. Slowly add milk and blend well. 3. Pour mixture into 2 ramekins. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. 4. Place cups in pan with 1 inch water. 5. Bake 50 minutes at 325. |
