1/4 cup lime juice |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup dark rum |
1 tbsp sugar |
2 lb. chicken thighs boned and cut into 1 1/2 in pieces |
1/2 cup flour |
1/4 tsp paprika |
salt |
oil to fry with |
Directions:
1. Put liquids and sugar in bowl stir to dissolved sugar. Add Chiken and marinade. 2. Mix flour, paprika and a dash of salt. dredge chiken in flour mix. 3. Heat oil in fry pan. cook chicken until done about 6-7 minutes. 4. serve with hot sauce or whatever you like. |
