Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup(s) vanilla wafers crushed |
1 cup(s) powdered sugar divided |
2 tablespoon(s) cocoa powder |
1 cup(s) pecans chopped |
3 tablespoon(s) white karo syrup |
1/4 cup(s) rum |
Directions:
1. Mix crushed vanilla wafers, 3/4 powdered sugar, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, syrup and rum. Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll the formed balls in additional 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Stire in airtight container. |
