Ingredients:
1 box(es) vanilla wafers
1 cup(s) chopped nuts
4 ounce(s) captain morgan's rum
1 ounce(s) frangelica liqueur
3 tablespoon(s) honey
2 teaspoon(s) cocoa
confectioner's sugar (for dusting)
Directions:
1. Directions: 1. Grind wafers and nuts separately then mix together.
2. Mix rum, honey, cocoa, liqueur together.
3. combine 1 and 2 together and form into balls.
4. Gently roll the balls into the confectioner's sugar
5. Her recipe doesn't say anything about letting them cool but I'm almost positive that last year we put them in the fridge on pans before transferring them into a tin.
