Great comfort lunch or quick meal. Ingredients:
1 can corned beef |
1/4 cup thousand island salad dressing |
1- 16 oz can sauerkraut, drained |
1/2 pound swiss cheese , shredded |
6 slices rye bread, crumbled |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
Directions:
1. Place corned beef in a lightly greased 9- X 13-inch baking dish. 2. Dot with dressing. 3. Spread sauerkraut over top; sprinkle with cheese. 4. Toss breadcrumbs with the butter; sprinkle over cheese. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly. |
