Rude's Delicious Stock Pot Soup

A tasty, low-cal, filling treat. Made by a friend.
Ingredients:
2 lb corn
2 lb lima beans
4 medium potatoes
1/2 lb celery
28 oz tomato paste
1 bell pepper
3 vidalia onions
1 lb baby carrots
1 lb ground beef
1 head cabbage
115 oz water
Directions:
1. Brown meat in the pot. Do NOT drain.
2. Chop up onions and bell pepper, add and cook for 5-10 minutes more.
3. Chop celery and cabbage, thinly slice potatoes, and dump everything into the stock pot.
4. Add salt, pepper, and bouillon as desired. I use three Cons-Mate tomato flavor cubes. Cook for 1-2 hours.
