This is a crunchy vegi salad inspired by Trishie's Chinese-Style Salad Dressing. Ingredients:
2 cups shredded red cabbage |
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced |
2 red bell peppers, diced |
1 cup sliced sugar snap peas |
2 green onions, thinly sliced |
1 red jalapeno pepper, finely minced |
5 radishes, diced |
5 strawberries, diced |
1 tablespoon crushed ramen noodles |
1 tablespoon slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. Combine the red cabbage, red onions, red peppers, sugar snap peas, green onions, jalapeno peppers, and radishes in a large bowl. Toss well. Sprinkle the strawberries, ramen noodles, and almonds on top of the salad. |
