Weight Watchers Magazine August 2006... dip your veggies in it. 3 tablespoons of dip is 1/2 point.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked beet
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Puree beets and lemon juice in a food processor.
2. Stir in mayo, tarragon and salt.
