Rub Tenderizer for London Broil |

This rub makes the meat melt and explode in your mouth! This is very well seasoned! Leftovers are great in wraps. Serve hot or cold. Ingredients:
3 lbs london broil beef |
1 tablespoon fresh cracked pepper |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1 tablespoon meat tenderizer (adolphs) |
1 tablespoon oil |
2 teaspoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Score meat in diagonal, criss-cross pattern on both sides, about 1/4 deep. 2. Mix rub ingredients. 3. Spread into meat. 4. Refrigerate overnight. 5. Grill, covered, over medium high sitting 7 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. 6. Remove from grill and let stand 5 minutes. 7. Cut into very thin slices. |
