Ingredients:
3 large egg whites |
1 pound(s) (3 cups) confectioners' sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar |
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and with an electric mixer on low speed beat until blended. 2. Turn mixer to high speed and beat for 7-10 minutes, until icing is the consistency of a stiff meringue. Icing should be thin enough to spread and thick enough to hold its shape. |
