From the book Essential Juices by my friend Caroline Westmore. She promises this to be a great natural laxative. Ingredients:
1 small cantaloupe |
2 peaches |
30 ml commercial prune juice |
Directions:
1. Remove the skin and seeds from the cantaloupe and peel and stone the peaches. 2. Cut the fruit to size and pass through the juicer. 3. Add the prune juice and stir to combine. |
