This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't cooked any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them on here so I can find them easier. Ingredients:
6 cups potatoes, mashed |
3 cups crabmeat, flaked |
1 1/2 cups medium white sauce (your favorite recipe) |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs, buttered |
parsley |
Directions:
1. Line casserole with mashed potatoes; bake in 400* oven 10 minutes, or until slightly browned. Fill with combined crabmeat and white sauce. Sprinkle with crumbs and return dish to oven for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley. |
