easy roast in crock pot, leave and cook Ingredients:
2 2/5 lb beef, round, eye of roast, trimmed |
5 red potatoes |
14 oz. carrots |
10 3/4 oz. soup, cream of mushroom, canned, condensed, reduced sodium |
10 3/4 oz. french onion soup |
1/2 cup onion |
Directions:
1. Rinse baby carrots, rinse and slice baby potatoes into quarters, slice onion finely. 2. Line bottom of large crock pot with potatoes, carrots and onions. 3. pour french onion soup over vegetables. 4. Cut roast into quarters and place over vegetables. 5. Pour cream of mushroom soup over meat. 6. Cook for 8-10 hours on low heat. 7. Add flour as desired to thicken gravy. |
