Rotisserie Chicken And Apple Salad

This is my favorite salad. Quick and easy when you don't know what to make or you want something light and fresh.
Ingredients:
rotisserie chicken (i love lemon-pepper)
greens (i like mixed baby greens - mesclun)
apples (i love fuji or honeycrisp - they're crunchy and tart-sweet)
veges to taste
dressing (this salad is best with sweet vidalia onion dressing, reg or lowfat) yum
Directions:
1. Pull chicken from bones and chop . Remove skin if desired.
2. Chop apples into bite-sized chunks.
3. Add to greens.
4. Chop any other veges you love, and add.
5. Pour dressing (this particular dressing makes the salad).
