This is a sweet rotini pasta salad that is perfect for a summer picnic or to take to a gathering. Everybody will want the recipe! Ingredients:

2 cucumbers, diced small |
500 g small rotini pasta |
2 t. chicken bouillon or chicken soup mix |
1 lg. tomato, diced small |
1 sm. onion, diced small |
1 green pepper, diced small |
1 red pepper, diced small |
sauce |
1 c. vegetable oil |
1 c. vinegar |
1 c. white sugar |
1 t. celery seed |
1 t. parsley |
2 t. salt |
3/4 t. pepper |
2 t. dijon mustard |
2 t. green onion |
2 t. garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in water & chicken bouillon/soup mix. Drain & cool. Mix vegetables into cooled pasta. 2. Mix sauce & add to cooled pasta mix. Set overnight so sauce soaks into pasta. 3. This makes a lot of sauce so you may have left overs for other salads if you like. |
