Rotel Quick Beef & Sour Cream Casserole |

From a little cookbook put out by Senior Citizens. Ingredients:
1 lb ground meat |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes |
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream |
3/4 cup onion, chopped |
6 ounces noodles (any type) |
cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in skillet with onions. 2. Add Rotel tomatoes. 3. Salt to taste and simmer 20 mintues. 4. Add pepper to taste. 5. Cook and rinse noodles. 6. Add noodles to meat mixture. 7. Top with cheddar cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350. |
