A dip that is great for parties. Serve with tortilla chips. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
2 lbs velveeta cheese |
2 (10 ounce) cans rotel tomatoes (rotel is usually found with canned chili in stores) |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. 2. Drain. 3. Pour in rotel. 4. Stir and let cook down some. 5. Cut velveeta into cubes. 6. Pour into ground beef. 7. Stir until all cheese is melted. |
