I came up with this smoothie based on suggestions and comments from some of the ladies on the Buzz. A great way to use up that frozen rhubarb in the back of the freezer. Ingredients:
1 cup frozen chopped rhubarb |
1 small banana, cut in chunks |
1 cup cranberry juice blend |
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
3 drops red food coloring (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend rhubarb, banana, cranberry juice blend, vanilla yogurt, and red food coloring in a blender until smooth. |
