1 cup sugar |
2 tbs melted butter, cooled to room temperature |
2 eggs |
4 cup flour |
4 tsp baking powder |
pinch salt |
1 tsp vanilla |
2 tbs rosewater |
1 cup milk |

Directions:
1. Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually, beating well. Blend in butter and flavorings. 2. Add dry ingredients alternately with the milk. 3. Knead lightly just to make it a cohesive ball. 4. Roll out on a well floured counter and cut into donuts. 5. Fry at 365 until golden, drain. 6. Shake in a paper bag of sugar mixed with pink sugar crystals. |
