Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
vegetable oil
sifted powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer. Gradually add next 3 ingredients; mix well. Add flour; beat until smooth.
2. Place rosette iron in deep hot oil (375°) about 1 minute. Dip into rosette batter, covering two-thirds of iron. Place in hot oil, and cook 1 minute or until golden brown. Gently shake rosette from iron. Turn and cook 1 minute. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain well. Cool. Repeat procedure with remaining batter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
