Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 cup skim milk |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
vegetable oil |
sifted powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl at medium speed of an electric mixer. Gradually add next 3 ingredients; mix well. Add flour; beat until smooth. 2. Place rosette iron in deep hot oil (375°) about 1 minute. Dip into rosette batter, covering two-thirds of iron. Place in hot oil, and cook 1 minute or until golden brown. Gently shake rosette from iron. Turn and cook 1 minute. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain well. Cool. Repeat procedure with remaining batter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
