I aquired this recipe from my boyfriend's mother handed down for 3 generations! It's a family favorite served on special holidays. Perfect casual finger food for any gathering be it football parties, evening get together, children birthday parties, even cocktail parties or a lovely evening for two! Read more ! Note from Rose-We triple this recipe (for holiday dinner). Ingredients:
2 ounces pepperoni (stick), cut into small cubes (about 1/4 inch) |
4 ounces muenter cheese (block), cut into small cubes (about 1/4 inch) |
3/4 cup of flour |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (or more if you'd like) |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix wet ingredients, add flour and mix till blended; add remaining ingredients and mix. 2. Pour mixture into 8 X 8 pan. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm or room temperature, enjoy! ** Use a bigger pan if doubling or tripling the recipe. |
