Rose's Fresh Spring Roll Dipping Sauce |

I've used this sauce many times when I make Vietnamese fresh spring rolls, which is an all-time favorite in our home. Ingredients:
3/4 cup hoisin sauce |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon sriracha chili sauce |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
crushed peanuts, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the crushed peanuts, in a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Set aside until ready to use and then garnish with peanuts when ready. You may use smooth or chunky peanut butter. |
