Give your steamed veggies a little oomph. Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced |
3 teaspoons fresh rosemary, leaves only |
1/2 teaspoon lemon, zest of |
1 tablespoon white wine or 1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red chili pepper |
1/4 lb unsalted butter, softened |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together well. 2. Melt to serve. |
