This comes from The Spa at Norwich Inn. Using fresh Rosemary is the key in this recipe, dried Rosemary does not release the same essential oils. Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh rosemary |
cheesecloth |
string |
1 cup epsom salts |
Directions:
1. Put rosemary in a square cheesecloth and tie it with a length of string. 2. Add Epsom salts and the rosemary pouch to warm bath water and climb in and soak. 3. After bath, apply body lotion to damp skin. |
