Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried rosemary, crumbled |
1 cup(s) cauliflower flowerets |
1 cup(s) broccoli flowerets |
1 whole(s) small red pepper cut into 4 wide strips |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Add vegetables and toss until well coated. Arrange on a baking sheet. Roast 40 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, flip vegetables. |
