Oven roasted potatoes Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs red potatoes |
1 tbs cornstarch |
1 tbs rosemary |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
1 tbs olive oil |
2 tbs parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees 2. Rinse and quarter potatoes 3. Place potatoes and other ingredients in large zip-lock bag and shake well to coat. 4. Spread potatoes in single layer on a baking pan. 5. Bake 30 minutes, stirring once or twice. |
