Rosemary Roasted Oven Fries |

This is a recipe from Crisco and I enjoyed the taste of the rosemary and the kosher salt. Ingredients:
no-stick cooking spray |
3 large baking potatoes |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional), for dipping |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450°F. 2. Spray baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray. 3. Slice potatoes into 1⁄2-inch wedges. 4. Rinse with cold water and pat dry. 5. In a medium bowl whisk together oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add potato wedges. 6. Toss to coat. 7. Place on prepared baking sheet. 8. Bake 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. 9. Remove from oven. 10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 11. Serve immediately with your choice of dressing for dipping. |
