Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes |

Wonderful way to cook new potatoes! Ingredients:
2 lbs new potatoes, scrubbed and quartered |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Roasting directions: In a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, arrange raw potatoes. In a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes. Toss to coat. Bake, uncovered in a 450 degree oven about 25 minutes or til brown and tender. |
