ROSEMARY ROAST POTATOES WITH GARLIC This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cooling Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1987. Ingredients:
10 medium potatoes |
4 teaspoons dried rosemary crushed |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
4 garlic cloves crushed |
Directions:
1. Scrub potatoes in their skins and cut into fourths. 2. Steam ten minutes then toss in olive oil, rosemary and crushed garlic. 3. Place potatoes on a warmed baking tray and roast in hot oven for 30 minutes at 375. 4. Serve immediately. |
