Roasted Potatoes with rosemary and a little salt and pepper Ingredients:
6 red potatoes |
3 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon rosemary |
1 dash salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 375F. 2. Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges. 3. Mix melted butter and oil and pour into 9x13 baking dish. 4. place potatoes in dish and stir to coat. 5. sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. 6. cover with aluminum foil. 7. back for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. |
