Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups bisquick original all-purpose baking mix |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons dried rosemary |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2/3 cup buttermilk |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1 (12-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Whisk together buttermilk and oil, and stir into baking mix mixture until blended. Stir in chopped bell pepper. 3. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead 1 to 2 minutes. Press dough into an 11- x 7-inch rectangle on a lightly greased baking sheet. 4. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly; invert onto a cutting board, and cut into squares. |
