1 lb baby white potato, halved |
1 rosemary sprig (remove greens and mince) |
1/2 garlic clove, minced |
salt and pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil, enough to coat |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients together. 2. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes, up to 400F for 10, then up to broil until brown and crispy. |
