In 'The Simpler the Better' by Leslie Revsin Ingredients:
flour |
1 lb pizza dough |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°. 2. Flour the rolling surface. 3. Doing half at a time, roll or stretch the dough into an 8-inch circle. 4. Transfer to a lightly floured cookie sheet. 5. Brush top with 1 tablespoon olive oil, then sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon rosemary. 6. Season with a big pinch of salt and 6 grinds of pepper. 7. Roll out and repeat with other half of dough. 8. Bake breads, puncturing with a sharp knife if they balloon, until tops are light gold, 12-15 minutes. 9. Serve warm or at room temperature, cut into wedges. |
