Rosemary-Pepper Beef With Steak Fries

Very, Very good BBQ dinner, just add some corn cobs, soaked in their coats, to the grill or some asparagus, or seasoned half tomatoes. Mmm!
Ingredients:
4 boneless beef top loin steaks, cut 1 inch thick
7 ounces frozen steak, fries
salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 garlic cloves, smashed
3/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine seasoning ingredients.
2. Remove about 2 teaspoons seasoning mixture, press evenly onto both sides of each beef steak.
3. Add potatoes (steak fries) to remaining seasoning mixture in bowl, toss to coat.
4. Place steaks in centre of grid over medium ash covered coals, (or medium heat).
5. Arrange potatoes around steaks.
6. Grill uncovered 15 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turn steaks and potatoes occasionally.
7. Season potatoes with salt as desired.
8. Serve with steaks.
