This is a wonderful way to make a healthier potato. It is a great side with grilled pork or beef. Ingredients:
8 russet potatoes |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Slice potatoes into wedges and put into large bowl 2. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes 3. Sprinkle Rosemary over potatoes. 4. Stir until oil and rosemary are evenly distributed 5. bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. 6. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 7. Adjust the olive oil and rosemary to your taste. |
