Rosemary-Orange Roasted Chicken |

Paula Deen Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon orange zest |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
6 chicken breasts |
orange zest, strips |
minced fresh rosemary |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. In a small bowl, combine butter, rosemary, garlic, orange zest, and red pepper. 3. On each chicken breast, rub butter mixture under and over skin. 4. Place chicken breasts, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. 5. Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, basting occasionally with pan drippings. 6. Garnish with orange zest and rosemary, if desired. |
