Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/4 teaspoon(s) each salt and pepper |
2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil |
2 tablespoon(s) fresh rosemary |
5 clove(s) garlic, minced |
2 tablespoon(s) grainy mustard |
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In shallow glass dish, arrange chicken in single layer. In small bowl, whisk together garlic, rosemary, mustard, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper; pour over chicken, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in fridge for 30 minutes. 2. Place chicken on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until no longer pink inside, 12 to 15 minutes. |
