Ingredients:
1/2 lb mixed nuts
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh minced rosemary
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes, tossing well every 10 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional salt.
4. Eat while still a bit warm.
