The original from Veggie Life. This is an herbal tea for fresh herbs Ingredients:
2 tablespoons rosemary, minced |
2 tablespoons mint, minced |
1 teaspoon grated orange zest |
2 cups boiling water |
1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional) |
Directions:
1. place the herbs and orange in teapot. 2. Pour in boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. 3. Strain. 4. Consume immediately. 5. If using the cranberries add to the water when you boil it and boil for 5 minutes before pouring into tea pot. |
