Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) dried rosemary
5 garlic cloves
1/2 cup(s) low-fat milk
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1 shallot
2 yams
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Peel and cube yams and boil in water with salt until tender, about 25 minutes. Test with a fork. Separately saute the shallot over low heat for 5 minutes. Once ready, combine yams with the shallots and remaining ingredients, mash until smooth. Place in baking dish and cook for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
