Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) dried rosemary |
5 garlic cloves |
1/2 cup(s) low-fat milk |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 shallot |
2 yams |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Peel and cube yams and boil in water with salt until tender, about 25 minutes. Test with a fork. Separately saute the shallot over low heat for 5 minutes. Once ready, combine yams with the shallots and remaining ingredients, mash until smooth. Place in baking dish and cook for 40 minutes. Serve hot. |
